Exhibitor Registration 2016 NYANP Conference Our conference space is ideal for you to promote your business and interact with attendees.  Additionally, between presentations, exhibitors will each have the opportunity to address the group directly to share information, and to pass around samples of a featured product.  Don’t miss your chance to take part in this exciting event!  Space is limited!

Registration Process:

1.  Download, complete, and submit (email it to executivedirector@nyanp.org or mail it to the address below) registration form.

2.  Pay online below or mail your check to :  NYANP, Attn: Nicole Nenninger, 112 Brook Road, Port Jefferson, NY 11777.

Exhibit Booth and Sponsorship Opportunities — Select the following preferences:

Exhibit Booth:  $975

Speaker Sponsorship:  $495

Logo on Name Badges:  $295

Exhibit Booth Setup Schedule:

Booth Type:  Table Top Display

Hours:  9:00 am – 7:00 pm (Setup 8:00 am, breakdown 7:00 pm)

Attendance:  50-100 healthcare practitioners (ND, MD, LAc, and others)

Exhibit booth includes:

  • Table at conference to display company products/information
  • Promotion of company and link to company website in general emails regarding conference
  • Logo and link at nyanp.org under conference pages
  • Opportunity to sample one product to conference attendees
  • Single use of mailing addresses of conference attendees

Speaker sponsorship includes:

  • Promotion of company and link to company website in general emails regarding conference
  • Email blast on sponsored lecture with link to company website
  • Logo and link at nyanp.org under conference pages
  • Signage during presentation and the conference
  • Logo and listing in conference materials

CANCELLATION POLICY

Exhibitors canceling on or before June 2, 2016 shall be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total cost.  Cancellations occurring after June 2 are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the cost.
