If you have purchased a membership, please submit the following documents by email: Professional members submit a copy of ND license and diploma (new graduates have 1 year to submit). Student members submit copy of student ID. EMAIL: email@example.com
FInd an ND listing for Professional Members: Submit the following information to be posted in Find an ND. Email to firstname.lastname@example.org:
- Full Name and Practice Name
- Address (or addresses)
- Phone and Email
- Area of Emphasis (limit 6)
Approval Process: Upon receipt of your complete membership submission (including the required documents), your request will be submitted to the NYANP Board for approval. Once approved, we will contact you by email and maila membership certificate to Professional Members. Professional and associate member information will be posted to Find and ND on the NYANP website. Please anticipate 6-8 weeks for this entire process.
